Maria joined Britts & Associates, LLP on November 16, 2021, and she manages bookkeeping services for multiple clients across various industries. She records and reviews transactions, reconciles accounts, and maintains general ledgers to ensure accurate financial records. She prepares financial reports and assists with payroll and tax documentation, using accounting software to manage client financial data efficiently. She also supports the HR department with administrative tasks, maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

Before joining B&A, Maria worked at another accounting firm, where she developed the foundation for her bookkeeping and payroll skills. Her motivation to join this team was to learn and grow professionally. At Britts she still finds the most exciting part of her work to be the opportunity for continuous learning & staying updated on regulations, improving processes, and adopting new accounting technologies. She holds an Accounting Certification and a degree in Computer Science, which she applies to streamline financial workflows and data management. She is committed to delivering precise, timely financial services that help clients and colleagues succeed.
